Data management with the KRONE SmartConnect 500

The KRONE SmartConnect telemetry unit is seamlessly integrated into the machine's BUS system, enabling automatic and real-time data collection. This data is automatically transmitted to KRONE Smart Telematics or the agrirouter. In addition, the KRONE Smart-Control job management system enables direct job management directly in the cab.

Automatic recording of machine data

The machine data is recorded automatically as soon as it is started. Information such as position, work performance, diesel consumption, yield data and other data is recorded in real time. A multi-network SIM card ensures that the box always uses the mobile network with the best signal strength. If there is no network coverage, the data is temporarily stored in the SmartConnect. This improves data transmission and prevents possible data loss.

Data transmission

KRONE Smart Telematics in the mykrone.green portal allows the machine data to be viewed and analyzed in real time and also retrospectively. In addition, the data can be sent directly to a farm management system via the universal data hub agrirouter.

Full integration:

KRONE SmartConnect is fitted as standard in the BiG X and BiG M self-propelled harvesters, the 5th generation BiG Pack and the Premos 5000. The telemetry unit is available as an option on many other machines: Swadro TC 1370/2000, Comprima (Plus), VariPack (Plus), BiG Pack (Gen. 4), MX, RX, ZX, TX and GX.

SmartControl order management:

With the new KRONE SmartControl job management system, you can manage your machine's data directly on your tablet or KRONE terminal. You can create jobs and enrich them with information. The complete data is sent via KRONE SmartConnect to KRONE Smart Telematics and the agrirouter for further processing.

E-Solutions Shop:

You can activate additional software functions for your machine in the Krone E-Solutions Shop. These are transferred wirelessly to your machine via the Krone SmartConnect unit and are available immediately.
