TMX-2050

Trimble has introduced the new TMX-2050 display. The device is a rugged tablet PC with an Android operating system and a 12.1-inch color touchscreen for operation. It has a GNSS receiver and camera, and it is Internet-enabled via cellular. An additional camera can also be connected.

Possible applications

The Trimble TMX-2050 display is suitable for precision farming applications as well as a control unit for Trimble guidance systems. From the home screen, users can access a data summary panel (dashboard) that displays weather forecasts and total precipitation amounts, current futures exchange information, and current vehicle position and status messages. When data transfer is enabled with Connected Farm, operational data can be accessed via the Internet cloud. The Trimble TMX-2050 display then shows job lists, areas on an aerial photo and additional information about the areas.
