Steering
Steering principle
New steering wheel with integrated electric motor
With the engine integrated into the steering column, the driver has unobstructed access to all instruments as well as sufficient legroom in the cab.
Steering algorithms

Automatic turning
In combination with the TMX-2050 display, the autopilot uses Trimble NextSwath to turn at the end of the lane to automatically calculate the best possible lane for turning, and moves the vehicle to the next row or lane so that the implement is precisely positioned to continue working directly.

Type of positioning
Positioning via GNSS
The NAV-900 is our most advanced GNSS receiver yet, designed for maximum uptime and offering a wide range of accuracy options from basic to high precision. It can be mounted on the cab roof of most agricultural vehicles to provide positioning and guidance, including automatic steering.
Receivable satellites
GPS, GLONASS, Galileo, BeiDou and QZSS constellations
Accuracy of GNSS positioning
DGPS bis RTK
Internal slope compensation
Advanced T3 sensors integrated into the EZ-Pilot module keep the vehicle on track and significantly optimize steering accuracy in difficult terrain. They also help minimize misses and overlaps between tracks.
Auxiliary antenna on pulled device
To use an antenna on the towed implement, a Trimble TMX terminal must be used.
Positioning via row detection
For combine harvesting in corn via the RG-100 system. The RG-100 system uses Trimble's Autopilot system to accurately center the combine on the rows, even if they are not straight.
